On a major engineering project we provided a 50year operating cash flow and related this to the inputs to be managed to control profitability. We developed a virtual variation process to enable the client to instruct changes to the project to reflect the requirements of their customers and to provide for the deliverability of their obligations to their development partners to secure access to phases of development land as viability allowed.
